Your first visit to EverSmiles Orthodontics is all about you. We take the time to understand your needs and goals, so we can personalize your treatment plan in a stress-free, no-pressure environment. Your Experience, Step-by-Step

1. Check-In and Office Tour

You can check-in virtually for your appointment, but you're also welcome to fill out your new patient paperwork in our comfortable office. Stop by our transformation hallway and see if you can spot the Northbrook and Chicago landmarks! Parents and guests can relax in our comfortable lounge while patients are seen by our friendly staff.
2. Getting to Know You

Next, we'll do a thorough review of your medical and dental history and confirm your goals for orthodontic treatment. For children and teens, we make sure that parents are involved in the conversation every step of the way.
3. Smile Assessment and Imaging
We'll take a 3D scan of your smile using our iTero^® scanner, which is a gentle and non-invasive alternative to the messy, goopy impressions of the past. This imaging allows us to examine how your jaws and teeth fit together, giving us a better idea of what treatment you'll need and for how long.
4. Personalized Treatment Plan

You'll meet one of our orthodontists, Dr. Thomas Everett or Dr. Insia Virji, who will be your guiding expert for the duration of your treatment. Together, we'll work with you to create your individuadivzed treatment plan with Invisalign products or braces. This is where you'll get to see a preview of your new smile!
5. Check-out and Next Steps

Before you leave, we'll introduce you to our treatment coordinator, who can work with you to discuss financial options for treatment. Once you schedule your next appointment to receive your braces or clear adivgners, we'll answer any final questions you have and congratulate you on taking the first step towards a better smile.
